Warranties:

Warranty is only covered to the original owner of the product.

All items for warranty inspection must be returned to the original store of which the product was purchased. You must also provide the original receipt with the faulty product to the store.

Please refer to the manufactures websites for detailed warranty information and warranty period information. Copies of individual manufactures warranties can be obtained from Elite Cycles Imports by emailing us at info@eciimports.com.

For complete bikes, please to the owner’s manual that is supplied with the bike.

Warranties do not cover bent or dented tubes, bearings or stripped threads as this is seen as abuse

Normal wear, neglect, improper use, improper assembly or general product abuse is not covered.

Rubber or plastic items are excluded from warranty as they are made or rubber or plastic which can break/wear with hard use.

Cost of shipping and any labour charges are not covered.

 Any express warranties offered by the manufacturer are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
